You are purchasing a BRAND NEW Custom and Personalized Medical Alert ID Tag ~ with either a 24" (adjustable) Ball Chain Necklace OR a Key Chain for ONLY $11.95

These are perfect and life saving gifts that you can purchase for yourself, a friend, a co-worker, a parent/child, etc. and comes in a variety of colors and are totally customizable (front and back).

Ordering is EXTREMELY EASY:

- Choose what color you would like your Medical Tag to be from the drop down menu (Note: All colors engrave a bright white)

- Choose what style of tag you would like: Medical Alert (default), Autism Symbol, Service Dog Symbol, or Maltese Cross symbol.

- Choose what to engrave on front (below symbol):
 There is room under the symbol to engrave up to 3 words (12 characters each word - more if need but font will be much smaller)

-Choose what to engrave on the back:
 There is room on the back of your Medical Alert ID Tag for up to 9 lines of 15 characters each. We will adjust the font size so that less words will show up larger and visa-versa.

- Whether you would prefer a Necklace or Keychain: You purchase comes with either a 24" Adjustable Metal Ball Necklace OR a silver keychain.


These Medical Alert ID Tags are approximately 1.25" x 2" in size and look, feel, etc. like a standard Military Dog Tag.
They are made out of anodized aluminum. They are water and rust resistant so they may be worn in a pool, shower, etc.
These tags can also withstand extreme temperatures and won't irritate the skin.
